We are seeking an experienced Tutor/Assessor to deliver and assess the Level 3 IT Solutions

Technician apprenticeship. The role involves supporting apprentices in developing IT knowledge,

skills, and behaviours, ensuring timely progress, and preparing them for End-Point Assessment

(EPA).

Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver engaging teaching and assessment sessions, both online and in the

workplace.

? Assess learner competence through observations, professional discussions,

and portfolio evidence.

? Track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and set clear

development targets.

? Carry out workplace visits and work closely with employers to support learner

achievement.

? Ensure full compliance with apprenticeship standards, awarding body

requirements, and Ofsted expectations.

? Develop high-quality learning resources, schemes of work, and assessment

plans.

? Deliver and embed personal development throughout the learning journey.

? Actively promote safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity, and British Values.

Essential Requirements:

? IT qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).

? Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA/A1).

? Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or willingness to work towards).

? Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

Desirable:

? IQA qualification.
