Overview:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing personalised educational support. Duties:
- Provide individually tailored tutoring within a small group.
- Develop and implement customised lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations in Language and Literature.
- Use tuition centre's dedicated teaching and learning platform.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Teach pupils both online and in centre.
- Utilise various teaching resources, such as textbooks, worksheets, and educational technology.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:
- QTS essential.
- Experience in teaching at least one GCSE specification.
- Special education experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of subject matter.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Ability to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
