Ali's Academy is a trusted name in supplementary education, dedicated to helping students build confidence and excel academically through small group tuition. We're now inviting passionate and committed tutors to join our Bracknell centre.

This position is ideal for university students, graduates, or experienced tutors who want to make a real impact in education while developing their own teaching skills.

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic tutors who:

Have excellent academic ability and strong subject knowledge. Are passionate about teaching and enjoy supporting young learners. Feel confident leading small group lessons in a classroom setting. Can teach across a range of levels -- from 11+ and SATs to GCSE and A-Level. Communicate clearly, act professionally, and show good organisation. Are dependable, proactive, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, structured lessons using materials provided. Support student learning by offering constructive feedback. Maintain accurate attendance and session records. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Collaborate with fellow tutors to uphold high teaching standards.
