Ali's Academy is a well-established provider of supplementary education, committed to helping students strengthen their academic foundations and achieve outstanding results. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic tutors to join our Bracknell centre.

This role is a great fit for university students, recent graduates, or experienced educators who are eager to support young learners and grow their own teaching practice.

About the Role

We are looking for tutors who are:

Academically strong with solid subject knowledge. Passionate about education and confident when working with children. Comfortable leading small-group sessions within a classroom environment. Able to teach a range of levels, including 11+, SATs, GCSE, and A-Level. Clear communicators with a professional and organised approach. Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver well-planned, engaging lessons using our provided resources. Support students' progress through clear guidance and constructive feedback. Accurately maintain registers and session documentation. Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning atmosphere. Work collaboratively with other tutors to maintain excellent teaching standards.
