The Opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint a Tutor with experience of Product Design practice, to join a team of teaching staff contributing to learning and teaching at undergraduate level. The successful candidate will assist with teaching, assessment and feedback in a specific course in relation to Professional Practice, within Product Design, at Edinburgh College of Art. Your skills and attributes for success:
A candidate with extensive industry experience as a product designer or design manager.
Ability to work within a team with a collegial attitude, respect and sensitivity toward students and other staff members.
Ability to apply professional practice experience from real life situations to enhance student understanding
Experience of working in HE at undergraduate level in a design discipline.
An enthusiastic, positive, and creative approach to teaching
