Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring or teaching, with experience working with children. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage students and foster a positive learning environment.

Sessions timing 16;25 to 18:00 20 per session minimum

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes. Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student development and address any challenges. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback to inform future sessions.

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a formal educational setting. Experience working with children, including those with special educational needs, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and engage students. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students. Relevant qualifications in education or related fields would be an advantage but are not essential for the right candidate.
