Job Description

We are looking for consultancy support for a 5 week Level 3 Personal Training Course in Newcastle in November.

There will be further consultancy opportunities beyond this 5 week course.

This role is for a Personal Training Tutor. Therefore there are some essential qualifications that candidates must hold to obtain the role. There are some desired qualifications, however if you do not hold these we can support you to obtaining them.

Essential Qualifications & Desired Qualifications

Level 3 PT Qualification is essential Experience teaching is essential a tutoring qualifications is essential Additional CPD qualifications are desired

This role is Hybrid/Remote.

You will plan lessons to deliver face to face fitness education tutoring to students in the Newcastle from THE FITNESS GROUP. You will plan lessons to meet lesson and qualification outcomes. You will have experience teaching to groups and you can demonstrate knowledge and practical delivery of different engaging and inclusive teaching styles. You will have experience assessing individuals and groups. The role will accurate administration and assessment of learner coursework The role will involve course administration on the computer using excel and company CRM systems. A high level of professional organisation skills and planning is required to keep pace with a very busy and rewarding role. Tutoring will be delivered in accordance with The Fitness Group policies and in line with Awarding Body Policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills

The candidate should be comfortable delivering discussion & learning sessions to groups The candidate should be competent with computer software such as Excel, word, email inbox management, email calendars and CRM systems.
