Responsibilities

Deliver customised tutoring sessions to students across different age groups and ability levels. Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement to develop effective learning plans. Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development in specific subjects. Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation. Track progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians. Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and special educational needs where applicable. Maintain organised records of sessions, attendance, and student achievements.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Experience working with students who have special educational needs is desirable. Passionate about education and committed to supporting student development. Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple sessions effectively. Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or specialised subjects are advantageous but not essential.
