We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to provide personalised academic support to students across various age groups. The successful candidate will assist learners in developing their skills, understanding complex concepts, and building confidence in their abilities. Duties

Deliver customised tutoring sessions across a range of subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Assess students' current knowledge levels and identify areas for improvement. Develop personalised lesson plans that promote active learning and student engagement. Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents or guardians. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, motivation, and confidence. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational professionals to support student development. Utilise various teaching resources and tools to enhance the learning experience. Support students with special educational needs by implementing appropriate teaching strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners. Passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential. Organised, reliable, and able to adapt lessons based on individual student or small groups requirements. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential. A recognised qualification in education or a related field is mandatory. Pay: 18.24-21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
