An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our teaching and learning team in the Department of Statistics at the University of Warwick, building teaching experience within a vibrant teaching and research environment. We offer a range of degree programmes including BSc and Integrated master's in mathematics and Statistics, MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics) and Data Science. As a Tutor, you will have a leading involvement in delivering problem classes, tutorials and computer practicals and grading assignments for undergraduate students. You will also contribute to a range of other teaching and learning activities, possibly including personal tutoring, outreach, and open days. Up to 20% of your time will be allocated to personal professional development, for example to pursue a research programme in Statistics or a related discipline or for ongoing professional development of your pedagogical skills and knowledge.
