About Job:
In this role, you will be working with SecuriCare (Medical) Limited, a home delivery service for stoma products. Your role involves efficiently processing patient orders, generating letters for GP surgeries, and maintaining the customer database.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls with existing patients and perform general administrative tasks. Professionalism and building positive customer relationships to uphold the company's quality image are essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Efficiently and carefully process patient orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Generate and dispatch letters to GP surgeries as required.
Assist the Patient Services team with routine administrative tasks, contributing to smooth operations.
Conduct occasional outbound calls to existing patients for follow-ups and updates.
Provide coverage for other team members when needed, ensuring continuity of service.
Regularly cleanse and update the customer database to maintain accurate records.
Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by the company to support overall operations.
Work towards and meet targets set by the Patient Services Team Leader, ensuring performance aligns with departmental goals.

Demonstrated expertise in database management with a proven track record of maintaining and updating records accurately.
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.

Outstanding telephone manner, capable of handling calls professionally and courteously.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
