We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tyre Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, repairing, and maintaining tyres for various vehicles. This role requires a strong mechanical background and proficiency in using hand and power tools. The Tyre Fitter will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards are met.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain tyres on a variety of vehicles. Perform wheel alignments and balancing as needed. Conduct inspections to identify tyre wear and damage. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Read blueprints and schematics to understand specifications for tyre fitting. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in tyre fitting or related mechanical roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction or manufacturing environments.. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a construction site setting.
