Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Tire Technician /Fast Fit Tech to join our team at HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Queensferry. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and maintaining tyres unsupervised, Ability to do wheel alignment & camber ,and brake fitments , providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that vehicles are ready for the road. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering quality automotive care.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain tyres on various vehicles. Utilise power and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their tyre needs. Conduct safety checks and ensure proper maintenance of equipment. Lift heavy tyres and equipment as required during service operations. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Minimum of 2 year shop floor experience (this is a must ) Strong mechanical knowledge related to tyre fitting and vehicle maintenance. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.
