Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable
Tyre Fitter
to join our team. You will be responsible for removing, fitting, and balancing tyres on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.Responsibilities
Remove and fit tyres to alloy wheels, including low-profile and run-flat types Balance wheels using electronic wheel balancing machines Inspect tyres for wear and damage; provide recommendations where necessary Repair punctures and replace valves as required Work alongside the wheel refurb team to refit tyres post-refurbishment Handle tyres and wheels with care to prevent damage during fitting Maintain a clean and safe working environment Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients Assist with stock checks and ordering of tyres and consumables
Requirements
Previous experience as a tyre fitter (1+ years preferred) Knowledge of different tyre types and sizes Familiarity with tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good physical fitness and manual handling skills Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential) Punctual, professional, and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
