Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Tyre Fitter at Atire UK in Cambridge.
The Tyre Fitter will be responsible for removal, fitting and installing industrial tyres for Forklifts, skid-steers, AWPs, and tele-handlers. This role involves daily tasks related to tyre maintenance, installation and inspection as well as controlling stock at your depot and managing direct customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in installing tyres for industrial equipment. Knowledge of forklift, skid-steer, AWP, and Tele handler tyres. Knowledge of tyre installation. Strong knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ability to work independently, efficiently and fast-paced. Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely. Drive to and from customers locations. Unloading and loading vehicles using Fork Lift Trucks Ensuring the safe storage of wheels, tyres, and fitted units. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the role. Ability to control stock
