Tire Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive care. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tyres on predominantly commerical vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
Responsibilities
Inspect and assess tyres for wear and damage, providing recommendations for repair or replacement. Remove and install tyres using appropriate hand tools and power tools. Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist customers with tyre selection and provide excellent service throughout the process. Keep accurate records of services performed and inventory levels.
Skills
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to tyre installation and repair. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, including lifting tyres and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Pay: 31,000.00-55,000.00 per year
