Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coach to join our team at Princes Park Youth Football Club. In this role, you will play a vital part in educating and training young players, helping them to develop their football skills and confidence on the pitch.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging training sessions that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game. Provide constructive feedback to players to support their development and growth. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among all participants. Organize and lead matches, ensuring a positive experience for all players involved. Communicate effectively with parents regarding player progress and club activities. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all youth participants.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with young athletes and their families. Ability to educate players on techniques, tactics, and the importance of teamwork. Passion for youth development and a commitment to fostering a positive sporting environment.
