You will support the sales process by articulating the value of our technology, tailoring solutions to client needs, and ensuring our drone platforms and services meet operational and strategic requirementsWhat will be your responsibilities:Act as a technical expert during the sales process, from lead qualification to proposal and contract negotiationAnalyze customer needs and design UAV solutions that align with operational requirementsPrepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and demos to prospects and partnersSupport the drafting of proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offersCollaborate closely with Business Development, Product, and Operations teamsParticipate in trade shows, demos, and field trialsMaintain an up-to-date understanding of UAV regulations, capabilities, and market trendsBuild long-term relationships with customers by providing technical support pre- and post-saleProfile and requirements:Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Computer Science, or a related technical field10+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role (UAV, aerospace, defense or robotics sector a plus)Experience of crewed or uncrewed ISR operationsStrong understanding of UAV systems, ISR missions, sensors, mission software, and communications technologiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFluency in English (other languages, such as French, Spanish or Portuguese, are a plus)Ability to travel domestically and internationally as neededLocation: Hybrid, Portugal (Lisbon or Caldas da Rainha), France (Toulouse), Spain (Madrid), UK (South West)What we have to offer you:
