About the role This role is available for UCL Internal candidates only.
This role is available on a fixed term basis until 1 September 2026.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role implementing marketing activities to attract a global pipeline of applicants to The Bartlett's portfolio of education programmes and short courses, as part of The Bartlett Marketing and Communications Team.
They will take the lead on delivering effective marketing campaigns through digital channels including websites, social media, paid media and email marketing, and creating an engaging experience for prospective students in their journey to study at The Bartlett. They will develop compelling marketing content and collateral including prospectuses, and will contribute to a programme of events including Open Days.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a management position, and lead on a wide range of marketing activities and events for a world-leading education brand.
The role will support a cluster of academic departments within The Bartlett, UCL's Faculty of the Built Environment, working closely with academic leads and developing in-depth knowledge of each department's education portfolio.
About you The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience implementing marketing plans and campaigns across a range of channels including websites, social media, paid media, email marketing and events. They will have a flair for creating compelling marketing content that brings our courses and student experiences to life, with excellent copywriting skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different audiences. They will bring a data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to assess and improve performance using data analytics.
