Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and engaging interactions across various digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements and user needs.

Duties

Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision. Develop responsive web designs that ensure optimal usability across devices. Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular and React. Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs effectively. Develop information architecture and interaction design strategies that enhance user engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, design patterns, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, and Adobe Target. Familiarity with front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Redux, and APIs. Experience with content management systems like WordPress and Drupal is advantageous. Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering requirements from users is preferred. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms is beneficial.
