Job Purpose:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the user journey across our digital products by leveraging modern design tools, front-end technologies, and user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs into functioning applications.
Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Optimize user interfaces for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure digital experiences are compliant with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, W3C).
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create effective, user-centric solutions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI guidelines.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong front-end development proficiency - including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Proven experience in designing and building engaging digital products that balance aesthetic appeal with functionality and usability.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and others.
Solid understanding of modern enterprise content management systems (CMS) including implementation and maintenance.
Deep knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, and UI/UX best practices.
Demonstrated ability in user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve design.
Expert-level understanding of web standards and accessibility (e.g., W3C, WCAG compliance).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile and user-centered design methodologies.
Experience with motion design or microinteractions is a plus.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and design systems management.
