Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centred digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Duties

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, adhering to design patterns and responsive web design principles. Analyse user feedback, data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and business requirements to inform design improvements. Create information architecture diagrams and interaction flows that enhance user experience. Support product development through requirements gathering, wireframing, data visualisation, and user acceptance testing processes. Stay updated on emerging trends in UX/UI design, including accessibility standards and usability best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, interaction design, and UI/UX principles. Proficiency in design tools including Figma, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques for presenting complex information clearly. Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), APIs integration, requirements gathering processes, and user research methodologies. Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable design improvements. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams including developers using tools like Trello, Jira or SharePoint. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in delivering high-quality designs that prioritise usability and accessibility standards.
