What you'll do
Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for digital systems Create wireframes, UI layouts, components, and screen designs Help maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and UI consistency Build interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas Support the product and design team in understanding customer and user needs Help apply user-centred design principles across our digital products Take part in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers Develop your skills through feedback, collaboration, and mentoring

About you

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have solid experience in UI design with strong attention to detail and consistency Communicate design decisions clearly through strong visual, verbal, and written skills Enjoy solving problems and translating user needs into intuitive interface solutions Are confident using design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite Have experience collaborating with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and incorporating feedback Have experience with user research, usability testing, and iterating designs based on insights Can confidently present concepts through wireframes and interactive prototypes Have a good understanding of designing for digital products across web and/or mobile platforms Are organised, curious, and proactive Enjoy collaborative, cross-functional team environments Have working knowledge of Agile product development and how design fits in that process

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail Systems Team at Greggs as a UI Designer. As a UI Designer you will support the team in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our in-store colleagues.
