Their EV Network currently manages over 600 x EV Stations and 7000 x registered Users within Australia, with further access to over 600,000 EV Chargers via their global eRoaming partnerships in all countries around the world, except USA and Canada. They specialize in strategic design, implementation, hardware supply, installation training, project management, installation auditing, OEM certified commissioning and after sales service support for DC Bus & Truck Depots, Council Fleet Management, AC & DC Public Charging, Commercial Building applications, Apartment/Strata solutions, Billing and Load Management integration.

Summary



The

UK Country Manager

is the Clients senior operational representative in the United Kingdom, responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of EV charging infrastructure across

bus depots and fleet environments

. This includes commercial operations, installation oversight, compliance assurance, service coordination, partner engagement, and lifecycle support.

The role combines

hands-on project delivery leadership

with structured stakeholder and contractor management. It ensures that all work executed by the clients local partners meets OEM specifications, UK compliance standards, and client expectations.

The Country Manager works in partnership with a

field-based Commissioning & Compliance Technician (UK)

, and is fully supported by the clients Australian technical, systems, and service teams.

Responsibilities



Project & Operational Oversight



Lead the day-to-day delivery of EV charging projects across UK depot and fleet sites. Ensure all installations are completed in line with project timelines, safety requirements, and OEM guidelines. Coordinate commissioning and QA walkthroughs with the clients Commissioning & Compliance Technician. Verify that installation and maintenance partners are delivering consistent, high-quality work.

Contractor & Partner Management



Serve as the clients UK liaison to installation and maintenance partners. Ensure all partners are

appropriately trained, certified

, and operating to Charge Hub's compliance and QA standards. Identify performance gaps, training needs, or workmanship concerns, and escalate to the AU Branch where required. Build long-term partner capability and alignment through structured engagement and feedback. Act as the primary UK contact for clients, depot managers, and project stakeholders. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and coordinate access and handover activities. Represent Charge Hub professionally in all client-facing communications and site visits.

Lifecycle Support & SLA Coordination



Ensure commissioning, preventive maintenance, fault response, and service activities are coordinated and tracked in accordance with client

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

. Work with the Service Coordinator and Technician to maintain operational uptime and track intervention history. Assist in planning and tracking whole-of-life support across assets, including warranty oversight and asset condition reporting.

Compliance & Documentation Assurance



Support the review and submission of QA checklists, electrical testing reports, and ChargEye configurations. Verify all documentation is complete and uploaded for each site in compliance with OEM and statutory requirements. Maintain auditable records of project milestones, field activities, and contractor performance.

Skills and Experience



Strong operational experience in

EV infrastructure, electrical contracting, or depot project delivery

. Familiarity with DC charging systems (ideally Kempower), site commissioning, QA processes, and electrical compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage service providers, monitor performance, and maintain quality standards. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both internally and externally. Comfortable operating independently in a startup or small team environment.

Qualifications



Background in business operations, technical delivery, or project coordination (electrical or industrial sector preferred). Valid UK driver's licence and ability to travel between London and regional depot sites. Right to work in the UK.

Performance Expectations



All installations and commissioning activities executed in compliance with OEM and the clients QA procedures. Service partners operating to standard and receiving support and corrective direction where needed. SLA milestones met for commissioning, maintenance, and fault response. High client satisfaction through clear communication and dependable service coordination. Full traceability of documentation and alignment with compliance protocols.

Pay: 80,000.00-120,000.00 per year
