The Role
------------
We are looking for a confident and organised Trade Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is offered as a remote role, preferably for candidates residing in the UK. Occasional travel to our Nottingham headquarters will be required for team meetings and training sessions. You'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Trade accounts across the UK and possibly internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating robust customer relationships, promoting new product releases, identifying potential opportunities for account expansion and sales growth, and providing comprehensive support to our Trade customers to ensure their continued success with Warlord Games Trade.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing Trade accounts, building long-term, value-driven relationships.
Maintain regular contact with accounts via phone, video, and email to promote products and sales.
Support product planning for stores to ensure ranges are appropriate and commercially successful.
Onboard new accounts handed over from the New Business team and provide ongoing support.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and smooth order processing.
Use CRM systems to track engagement, update contact details, and record key interactions.
Identify gaps in product uptake and work with stores to improve range depth and sell-through.
Occasionally represent Warlord Games at trade shows or in-person visits.
Person Specification
------------------------
Essential:
Fluent spoken and written English.
Experience in sales or account management roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently from home, managing your own time to meet the needs of the job role.
Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by Warlord Games
Competent using CRM and computer/office software.
Willing to travel to Nottingham HQ regularly (e.g., monthly), with occasional weekend working for trade events and Expos.
Commercial awareness and a problem-solving mindset.
Desirable:
Knowledge of or enthusiasm for tabletop games, hobby retail, or gaming culture.
Experience within the UK trade industry and/or international customers or global distribution.
Previous experience in telesales, customer success, or trade marketing.
Additional language skills would be beneficial, but not essential.
