What You'll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK-based IT roles.
Partner with hiring managers and recruitment leads to deliver high-quality talent.
Source and engage candidates using niche IT platforms and creative sourcing techniques.
Conduct interviews, evaluate technical fit, and manage onboarding.
Stay ahead of UK market trends, visa rules, and tax regulations.
What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience in UK or Europe-focused IT recruitment.
Deep understanding of UK hiring laws, tax terms (W2/Corp-Corp/1099), and visa categories.
