The role




We're looking for a

UK Marketing Manager

to own and accelerate our marketing efforts in the UK. This role is pivotal in maintaining momentum in the market, increasing our presence in the UK water sector, expanding into adjacent industries, and creating a steady flow of compelling customer success stories.


You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to turn real customer impact into revenue-driving marketing - while building proof points that can be scaled across other regions.

Your challenge




Owning and executing the UK marketing strategy in close alignment with Sales and Customer Success

Driving pipeline and revenue impact through targeted campaigns and outbound initiatives Creating high-quality content, including customer success stories, case studies, and thought leadership Strengthening Samotics' presence in the UK water sector and supporting expansion into adjacent industries Co-locating with our customers to understand their operational challenges Planning and executing events (industry events, customer events, trade shows) Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels (SEO, paid search, paid social, email, retargeting) Supporting account-based and outbound lead generation campaigns Acting as the local marketing partner for the UK commercial team, with a strong understanding of customer and buyer dynamics

What you'll bring



6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B and/or scale-up environments UK-based, within easy reach of major customers and travel hubs A strong writer with extensive experience across multiple formats and channels Proven experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams Domain exposure in utilities, heavy industry, oil & gas, chemicals, steel - or adjacent sectors with similar buying dynamics Experience working directly with customers, either client-side or via a strong marketing agency background AI-savvy, with hands-on experience or a strong technical understanding of AI-driven marketing solutions Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing A true

maker/builder mindset

- happy to roll up your sleeves and execute in-house Strong events experience is a plus Basic design skills are a plus Outbound lead generation experience is a plus
