Moog UK is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist who will be an integral part of the Moog UK HR Shared Service team, working closely with the UK Payroll Manager and site HR teams to support professional delivery of a full payroll service to the UK sites.
What You'll DoManage and process full-cycle monthly payrolls using Workday Coordinate data integration between AutoTime and Workday for overtime and travel time Update and monitor the Darwin My Rewards platform for benefits changes and auto-enrolment compliance Reconcile payroll data, prepare HMRC RTI submissions, and ensure regulatory compliance Handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SAP, etc.), P45s, and new starter documentation Prepare analytical payroll reports for Finance and HR Upload monthly BACs files and third-party payments using PT-X software Respond to employee queries with professionalism and empathy Participate in project work and contribute to process enhancements Travel to UK sites every 1-2 months to provide on-site support

What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a mid-sized business environment Proficiency in Workday, BACs processing, and Time and Attendance systems Strong IT and numerical skills (Excel, Word), with a sharp eye for accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Full driving license Organised, methodical, and comfortable navigating online platforms Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and Moog's core values
