of B2B sales experience, with phone-based sales experience essential. They will thrive in a demanding work environment and will be able to handle pressure, targets, and multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. They should have a proven record of building and maintaining business relationships.

Key responsibilities:
o
Developing additional business through our existing customer base, this will involve innovative sales strategies and some cold calling
o
Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
o
Building an in-depth knowledge of the UK hospitality industry
o
Communicating with customers at all levels; from owner proprietors to Group Director level contacts
o
Achieving budgeted monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting to internal management and the wider sales team
o
Acting as the main point of contact for all matters specific to our customers, developing a trusted relationship with key accounts
o
Attending industry events, including trade shows
o
Working closely and collaboratively with the UK Sales team to drive and maintain sales
o
Understanding customers' specific business needs and applying your knowledge to meet those requirements
Skills required:
o
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
o
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
o
A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination
o
Excellent work ethic and ability to achieve results both individually and as part of a team
o
Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
o
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining exceptional attention to detail NEW ROLE: UK Sales Executive

Hands-on experience with CRM software preferable
