As the UK & US Field Marketing Manager, your core focus will be leading the execution of high quality, high impact events across the UK and US regions. From executive roundtables to partner hosted sessions and regional roadshows, your ability to plan and deliver exceptional in person and virtual events will directly influence pipeline creation and brand visibility. Beyond events, you will support partner engagement, enable the regional sales team, and drive marketing efficiency through the smart application of AI based tools. Based in our London office, this role requires in office presence three days per week and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:




Event Leadership: Own the planning, coordination, and execution of all UK and US field events, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable value. This includes managing logistics, driving attendance, developing supporting content, and reporting on event performance.


Regional Activation: Work with local sales teams to define event goals, select formats (dinners, roundtables, expos), and ensure activities are aligned with pipeline priorities.

Partner Engagement: Collaborate with key channel and strategic partners to co-host joint events and amplify reach.

Marketing Efficiency: Leverage AI based tools to streamline content creation, automate outreach workflows, manage reporting, and improve campaign responsiveness.

Business Development Support: Align all field activity with broader go to market objectives in the UK and US, working closely with sales leadership.

Performance Tracking: Track all field activities, campaigns, and partner engagements, highlighting successes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements


A university degree (2:1 or above, or international equivalent), any subject welcome Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details confidently Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating events through university societies, clubs, volunteer roles, or personal initiatives Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal), with a confident and proactive attitude Comfortable using digital tools to support marketing and event coordination (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or AI assistants like ChatGPT) Eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects, with a hands-on, delivery focused mindset Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team * Must be based in or able to commute to our London office, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office
