Job Title:

UK-Wide Electrician (Facilities Management)

Location:

Nationwide (Travel Required Across the UK)

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent Overtime + Company Van.

We are looking for a

qualified and experienced Electrician

to join our Facilities Management team, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance and installation services across multiple client sites nationwide.

You will carry out

planned and reactive maintenance

,

testing

,

repairs

, and

minor project works

within commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring all work meets statutory compliance and company standards.

This is a mobile role covering sites across the UK and may include occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

and

reactive electrical works

across client properties. Carry out

fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs

to ensure systems are fully operational. Conduct

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

and complete certification accurately. Undertake

small installation and upgrade projects

as required. Ensure all work complies with

BS 7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)

and internal FM policies. Maintain a high level of

health, safety, and environmental compliance

at all times. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and site contacts. Participate in an

on-call rota

for emergency breakdowns (where applicable). Complete digital work records and reports promptly via company systems.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018+A2:2022)

2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing qualification

Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card

Full UK Driving Licence

Health & Safety awareness / CSCS card

Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Experience working in

facilities management or commercial maintenance environments

IPAF / PASMA certification

Asbestos Awareness

Manual Handling

EV Charger Installation (EVCP)
