UKG Management Consultant - Contract Role



Role Overview



Greentrend Ltd is looking for a

UKG Management Consultant

to join our team on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the UKG Time Management module for our clients. Your expertise in the UKG solution and HR best practices will be key to helping clients optimize their HR processes, particularly in time tracking.

This is a hybrid position with a requirement to work from our London office two days per week. The daily rate is 450-500.

Key Responsibilities



Work independently and with teams to deliver UKG solutions. Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot UKG Timekeeper, Scheduling/Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Analytics, Activities, and Attendance. Provide remote guidance to customers, ensuring alignment with UKG best practices. Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions for clients. Support stakeholders in their digital transformation journey with UKG solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and solution reviews.

What We're Looking For



At least 1 year of experience implementing or supporting UKG Time Management.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, timesheet, or other Human Capital Management (HCM) tools, including UKG, Kronos, or PeopleSoft.

Strong knowledge of HR business processes. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Experience with the following UKG modules: Timekeeper (preferred*)
Accruals (preferred*)
Scheduling (nice to have*)
Advanced Scheduling (nice to have*)
Analytics (nice to have*)
Activities (nice to have*)
Attendance (nice to have*)
Forecaster (nice to have*)
Knowledge of Bomie Integration is a plus. UKG Time Management certification is a plus, but not required.
