Position Summary
:
Supporting national commercial and medical activities enabling omnichannel engagement. Responsible for developing and implementing omnichannel digital strategy, helping Amicus UKI expertly and fully, implement omnichannel engagement.
Supporting and inputting in to development of UKI business strategy
Liaising with customers to develop and enhance omnichannel journeys and UKI resources, including leading market research where required.
Development, launch and maintenance of both Galafold & PomOp patient support programmes.
Providing an internal hub of expertise to increase digital capability and effectiveness of omnichannel interactions whilst maximising and optimising existing channels such as events, webinars, e-detailing and website design and usage ensuring alignment with global/local marketing strategies.
Brand leadership for both brands and close working with global brand teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maximise UKI digital presence through leveraging existing resource and developing new.
2. Developing new channels to engage healthcare professionals.
3. Facilitating the effective utilisation of multiple channels to maximise our business.
4. Developing materials to support omnichannel engagement.
5. Contact with customers, gaining insight and input into omnichannel journeys and resources, including delivery of market research to inform engagement strategy.
6. Development, launch and maintenance of both Galafold & PomOp patient support programmes including, delivery of patient focus groups to support resource update, refresh and development
7. Ensuring digital and data governance with internal functions such as IT, Compliance and medical.
8. Partnering effectively and proactively with relevant internal functions such Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance and Global brand teams.
9. Developing refined channels and tracking of KPI's.
10. Managing activities in order to evaluate performance.
11. Effective budget management.
12. Approval launch and training across UKI of new external facing resources and materials in collaboration with Commercial Lead.
13. Ensuring compliance with all internal and external industry regulatory and compliance regulations operating with a high degree of integrity.
Requirements
Educational Requirement and Professional Work Experience Requirements:
Expertise in developing and implementing omnichannel resources and solutions
Successful track record and experience in pharmaceutical and digital marketing
Comprehensive understanding of the local rules and regulations of the pharma market in the UK (completion of ABPI examination preferred).
Experience in delivering projects in full accordance with PMPCA compliance regulations
Understands the requirements, and demonstrates the capability, of working in a startup environment where the individual's input counts
Experience and Skills:
Leadership in managing stakeholders both internally across the organization and externally
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, prioritise and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
o Commercial Acumen in identifying how we respond to market opportunities and risks High attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills
The ability to understand, communicate and present complex scientific information to a high standard
Autonomy, self-motivation and efficiency, with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced and dynamic entrepreneurial environment whilst working at times with ambiguity
