We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Under Manager to assist with operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the meat industry. This role requires effective leadership, team management, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and leadership
Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specification
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Assisting the manager with selecting and purchasing meat products
Skills
Proven experience as a butcher with knowledge of cuts of meat
Excellent team management abilities, fostering collaboration among staff members
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
