Join us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

The Customer Logistics Team is responsible for all aspects of Order Processing and Order Management for Merchants, Stockists and other Bosch business areas, including export, staff and inter-departmental. We work with the wider Logistics departments daily and collaborate with many other Bosch business areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Day to day your role as our intern will be to support the customer order process ensuring all orders are accurately managed, answer customer enquires via phone and email, resolving any issues that may arise, maintain daily reports and work as team to support your colleagues.



Other responsibilities include business compliance topics, project work and a focus on continuous improvements within the department.

Qualifications

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

Computer literate in Microsoft packages

Great telephone manner

Good attention to detail with a right first time approach

Contract Duration: 1 year


Working Hours:

39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
