In this role, you will be responsible for:



KEY DELIVERABLES:




Utilise product availability to plan delivery of customer orders on-time and in-full. Coordinate and communicate with customer planners and warehouses to achieve successful practical delivery of orders by;

Review and question orders for anomalies Book delivery slots at customer warehouse location Provide pre-delivery advice

Answer customer queries to ensure the customer service level is maximised by dealing with issues and resolving within adequate time.

The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the business and externally, excellent customer service with an 'above and beyond' mentality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and independently. Most importantly, you must be able to take responsibility and be accountable for processes within the role.

Working Hours

:

39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
