Responsibilities:
Deal with General enquiries from direct clients by telephone, email, post and face to face.
Issue new and revised quotations, new policy, renewal documents.
Retaining business and developing Direct Business account including phoning direct clients, negotiating renewal terms and taking payments, issuing reminders by email / post.
Occasional banking of cash/cheques at Company's bank account received by post and/or clients.
Analyse survey reports and issue after survey endorsements directly to clients. Follow up on completion of after survey risk improvements.
Checking client's completed claims forms and supporting documents after receiving them and emailing to Claims department
Assisting Finance department and Claims departments on accounts and claim queries.
Help organise and attend company events to promote the company.
Requirements:
Business or insurance related degree is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
Good communications and negotiation skills.
Additional language skill in Chinese is needed.
Interest in developing career in insurance industry.
