ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Style, as Uniform Stylist you will play a key role in ensuring all Talent uniform and clothing are at grooming standards, ensuring neatness of personal appearance at all times.


We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!


As Uniform Stylist, key aspects of your role will include:


Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash or discard Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from a washer, dryer, or dry cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters and drain trap after each load Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine Maintain accurate records of items laundered Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent Ensure grooming standards are met with clean uniform and neat personal appearance
