We're thrilled to be opening a brand-new nursery in Nottinghamshire this Summer 2025, and we're seeking passionate, capable Unit Leaders to join our trailblazing team.

About the Role:


As a Unit Leader, you'll take charge of a specific unit (Baby, Toddler, or Preschool), guiding your team to deliver outstanding care and education. You'll be supported by a strong management framework, including your Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, and our Head Office team.

What You'll Do:



Lead and motivate your room team, maintaining excellent standards of care and education Serve as a role model for best practice aligned with EYFS and safeguarding values Build meaningful, nurturing relationships with children and their families Oversee planning, observations, and evaluations in your room Help develop a lively, inclusive, and stimulating environment Assist teammates with training, wellness, and career progression

What We're Looking For:



Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 ideal) Previous experience as a Room Leader / Senior Practitioner Confidence in supervising a team within a room Solid understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding principles A friendly, positive and hands-on attitude True passion for early years and creating a genuinely supportive setting
