Hours of work:



08:00am - 08:00pm. You will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off which equates to an average of 42 hours per week in total.

The Role:



We are currently seeking two Unit Manager's to lead by example and coach/mentor our care teams on a day to fay basis to ensure our residents are well cared for, motivated and stimulated to achieve a fulfilled and enriched life. You will become part of the care home family and let's be honest, YOU are what makes our home a great place to live and work!

Being a Unit Manager at Dale Brook means you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the home in collaboration with the Home Manager. You will have previous leadership experience as a Deputy/Unit Manager or Senior Carer within a residential setting.

We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, a happy disposition, self-motivation, the ability to encourage others to provide the best care service possible.

Candidate Requirements:



You will have achieved a Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care to evidence your commitment and passion for care and be excited about the prospect of working as part of a dynamic team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times, as the 'deputy' in charge.
