24-hour nursing team

alongside a multidisciplinary group that includes:

About the Role:





We are recruiting

Unit Manager (clinical)

to join our team at

Mallard House in Milton Keynes in

What We're Looking For:




A Unit Manager

passionate about providing exceptional care Professionals committed to upholding the

highest standards of practice

A Unit Manager which is eager to develop their leadership and clinical skills Experienced nurse (4+ years) who may qualify for

senior nursing positions



Key Responsibilities:




To have immediate line management responsibility for clinical operations and oversight of all HR, disciplinary, supervision and management of staff within areas of responsibility. To take the lead in areas of responsibility for financial forecasting and reporting To have responsibility for the staffing and recruitment to agreed levels within areas of responsibility. To ensure full reporting compliance for CQC, Safeguarding, Health & Safety Executive, for the service To undertake audits as requested by the RM and to ensure monitoring, implementation of action plans, governance reporting at local level and sharing of lessons learned for quality and assurance To ensure that all incidents are reported according to PJ Care policy and any actions, lessons learned and required change in practice is implemented locally and shared corporately through governance for quality assurance To share lessons learned and maintain high-quality person-centred care in accordance with PJ Care's values.
