Match Day Unit Supervisor

Location: Kassam Stadium (OUFC Match Days) Pay: 17.50 per hour (Supervisor rate) Hours: Match days - primarily weekends, with occasional evenings Contract:Part-time, Zero Hours

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of the action, perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

A Supportive Start - Paid Trial Shifts
To set you up for success, your first three shifts will be paid trial shifts. During these shifts, you'll work as a Catering Assistant within our units, giving you the chance to:

Learn how our match-day operations run Get to know the team and systems Build confidence before stepping into the Supervisor role
After successfully completing the trial shifts, you'll move onto the Supervisor rate of 17.50 per hour.

The Role

As a Unit Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a designated catering unit and be the main point of contact on event days. You'll lead by example, keep standards high, and ensure customers have a great experience from kick-off to final whistle.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the setup, service, and close-down of your unit Lead, motivate, and support your event-day team Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Handle cash management and basic reporting (including till reconciliation) Communicate effectively with event management, stock teams, and management staff Resolve service issues quickly and calmly during busy periods Represent Farr's in a professional, positive manner

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader (hospitality, events, or retail preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure High standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer service Flexible availability to work match days (weekends and evenings)
