Unqualified Humanities Teacher

You'll help deliver thought-provoking Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to explore the world around them and think critically about historical, geographical and social issues. Working alongside experienced teachers, you'll play a key role in helping students develop curiosity, understanding and analytical skills.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver and support engaging Humanities lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking
Encourage positive behaviour, participation and academic achievement
Adapt teaching methods and materials to support a range of learning styles
Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to the wider life of the school and promote a love of Humanities subjects
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about Humanities and enthusiastic about working with young people
Confident, adaptable and proactive within a classroom setting
Able to build positive and supportive relationships with students and staff
Committed to helping every learner reach their full potential
In possession of (or willing to obtain) an
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
