Unqualified Nursery Assistant

Required for our setting in

Reading, Berkshire (RG10)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team and help provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow

Salary:

Up to 12.50 per hour - 27,300 per year (depending on experience)

Hours:

40 - 42 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7.45-6.15pm Permanent, full-time | All year round

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring

Nursery Assistants

to join our supportive nursery in

Reading, RG10

This role offers the opportunity to begin or develop your career in early years, with full training and career progression available. Our nurseries provide nature-rich environments where children aged 6 months to 5 years can learn and grow through fun, outdoor-focused play.

Please note: due to limited transport links, a

driver's licence is essential

for this position.

Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework Assist in planning and delivering engaging indoor and outdoor activities Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

About You

Minimum 1 year experience in a UK nursery or childcare role

A driver with access to transport

Passion for early years and outdoor learning Keen to gain a childcare qualification while working Eligible to work in the UK (DBS required)
