We are offering an exciting opportunity for an unqualified individual to join our team and work towards achieving their Level 3 Early Years qualification.

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner in training, you will work closely with our qualified team to support the development and learning of children aged 0-5. You will be guided by our curriculum inspired by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Piaget, and Vygotsky, ensuring children are encouraged to learn independently, collaboratively, and creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children in their daily routines and learning experiences Assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities Ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children Working as part of a team to promote independence, confidence, and social skills Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
About You:

Passionate about working with children and early education Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn A team player with good communication skills No formal childcare qualification required - just a genuine love for supporting children's growth and development
