Unqualified Teacher - Brighton & Surrounding Areas

110-130 per day | 8:30am-3:30pm | Secondary Schools

Pink Tile Education is looking for confident, flexible and professional Unqualified Teachers to work across a range of supportive secondary schools in Brighton and nearby areas.


As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This is a great opportunity for those with classroom experience who are looking to make a positive impact without the planning and marking responsibilities of a full teaching role.


You'll be supported by our experienced team and placed in schools where we know you'll thrive.

Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects Maintaining a calm, focused classroom environment Managing behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students to stay on task and engaged Reporting any concerns or feedback to teaching staff Ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students

Skills Required:

Confident classroom presence and clear communication Strong behaviour management techniques Ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff Adaptability across year groups and subject areas Calm, professional and approachable under pressure

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) Previous experience working with secondary-aged students Understanding of classroom roles and routines Availability to work between 8:30am-3:30pm * Commitment to supporting the values and expectations of each school
