Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards under the supervision of a qualified teacher. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations in collaboration with a qualified teacher. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents or guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

A recognised Bachelor's degree is essential, with at least two years of teaching experience. Strong understanding of the curriculum relevant to the teaching level. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles. Experience in classroom management techniques is preferred. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
