We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our educational team. University experience is preferred, as it enhances the ability to connect with students and provide relevant insights.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives. Facilitate interactive and engaging classroom discussions that encourage student participation. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the educational experience and address any student needs. Stay current with developments in the field of education and incorporate best practices into teaching methodologies.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students. Ability to engage students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a structured classroom environment. Proficiency in utilizing technology for teaching purposes, including online learning platforms.
