Located on Deeside, North Wales, and trading for over 30 years as a family business, the company has an enviable reputation for the quality of the products it supplies, as well as installation and customer service. In addition to its core door products, Door Warehouse also supplies windows and other elements of the internal and external finish of houses, such as staircases. Alongside face-to-face sales, the company has a growing e-commerce presence through its Door Station brand, with the capability to deliver products to customers anywhere in the UK.

Role summary:

Due to the growth of the business, we are looking for skilled and experienced door & window fitters to join our small and energetic team at Door Warehouse. All jobs within 25 miles of our base. Only self employed will be considered.

Skills, experience and responsibilities

Relevant Trade Qualification (Certass or FENSA) 5+ Year Experience Must hold a full driving license with access to a van suitable for transporting doors Good communication and customer service skills. Customer appointments, diary management Own a comprehensive set of tools to carry out all tasks. Be able to organise your workloads to meet the company's deadlines. Experience clearing away leftover materials once the job is complete. Be able to work as part of a team and be able to proactively work on your own Be comfortable working in a live environment and occupied homes Public liability insurance A practical ability when it comes to fitting windows, doors, conservatories and other home improvements. Experience of removing old windows and doors. The ability to fit new windows & doors to a high standard. Ensuring that all of the above are carried out within Health & Safety guidelines
