Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. This role is pivotal in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers.

WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Fridays 6.30am to 2.45pm
Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
To provide excellent quality manufacturing of uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, bi-folds and patios;
To focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full.
To make sure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures;
To follow and be responsible for the Health & Safety guidelines and regulations;
To assist your colleagues, team leaders and supervisors in resolving production queries when required;
To work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement;
To work as part of a team and develop positive working relationships.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Experience in assembly processes related to window or door fabrication is required.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Required skills
Previous experience of manufacturing uPVC Windows and Doors, composite doors,, bi-folds and patio's in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
